Common Questions About Booking
How do I secure my date?
Simple. Once we've chatted and decided we're a good fit, I'll send over a contract and an invoice for the £250 booking fee. When you return the signed contract and the booking fee is paid, your date is officially reserved and I won't hold it for anyone else.
When is the full balance due?
The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before your wedding date. I'll send you a reminder when it's approaching, so you don't have to keep track.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. once booked I’ll give you my details and you can pay whatever whenever, as long as the final balance is settled 10 weeks before the wedding.
What's the booking fee for?
The booking fee secures your date in my calendar and covers the time I spend on our planning conversations, building your Never-Have List, and crafting your custom timeline. It's non-refundable because once I turn away other inquiries for your date, I'm fully committed to you.
Can we customise a package?
Of course. Every wedding is different. If you'd like to swap elements, add hours, or build something completely bespoke, just ask. The packages are a starting point—your day gets the final say.
What if we need to change our date or cancel?
Life happens. If you need to move your date and I'm available on the new one, I'll transfer your booking fee and payments with no penalty. If you need to cancel entirely, the booking fee is non-refundable, but any payments made beyond that are refundable up to 10 weeks before the wedding. Full details are in the contract.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes—I'm based in Glasgow but available everywhere. I love destination weddings and elopements. For weddings outside Scotland, we can chat about travel expenses and create a custom package that fits.

You're in good company. Most couples tell me this is their biggest worry—and by the end of our time together, they're laughing and genuinely enjoying themselves. That's why the Never-Have List and engagement sessions exist: to get the awkwardness out of the way long before your wedding day. By the time you walk down the aisle, having me there will feel like having a friend with a camera.
